COVID-19 Misinformation

Analyzing and combating pandemic-era misinformation across languages and platforms — factuality, harmfulness, framing, and vaccine discourse.

During the pandemic, the fact-checking problem collided with an information ecosystem moving at unprecedented speed. We organized shared tasks and surveys cutting across factuality, harmfulness, propaganda, and framing, in multiple languages, to build shared evaluation resources for researchers and fact-checking organizations.
